- Any misleading descriptions, counterfeit goods, or prohibited items (e.g., weapons, drugs, illegal substances) will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
- Pricing should be competitive and in line with market trends.
- Vendors must adhere to all local laws and regulations concerning product sales in Pakistan.
4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely order processing and shipping within the specified timeframe.
- Orders must be shipped using reliable courier services that provide tracking options.
- Delays due to vendor negligence may lead to penalties, order cancellations, or account suspension.
- Stylin Pro may intervene if multiple complaints regarding late deliveries arise.
- Vendors must ensure proper packaging to prevent product damage during transit.
5. Returns, Refunds, & Disputes
- Vendors must clearly state their return and refund policies within their store.
- Products sold must comply with quality standards; defective or misrepresented items must be eligible for returns.
- Refunds must be processed in a timely manner upon product return verification.
- In case of disputes, Stylin Pro will act as a mediator and may enforce refunds if vendors fail to provide satisfactory resolutions.

6. Payments & Commission Structure
- Stylin Pro deducts a commission on each sale, as per the agreed-upon percentage.
- Payments will be disbursed to vendors on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the chosen payment cycle.
- Any outstanding issues such as refunds or chargebacks may affect payment releases.
- Vendors must ensure that they have a valid bank account for payment transfers.
7. Vendor Conduct & Customer Service
- Vendors must maintain professional communication with customers and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Rude or unprofessional behavior towards customers or Stylin Pro staff will not be tolerated.
- Vendors must not engage in fraudulent activities, including fake reviews, false advertising, or price manipulation.
- Any violations of ethical selling practices will result in warnings, penalties, or termination.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
- Stylin Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account for violations of this policy.
- Common reasons for account suspension include:
- Selling counterfeit or illegal goods
- Repeated customer complaints
- Order fulfillment failures
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
- Non-compliance with payment obligations
- Suspended vendors will be given a chance to appeal, but final decisions rest with Stylin Pro management.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- Vendors must have the legal right to sell all listed products.
- Any unauthorized use of copyrighted content, brand logos, or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- Complaints from intellectual property owners will result in immediate content removal and potential legal consequences.
10. Marketing & Promotions
- Vendors can participate in Stylin Pro promotional campaigns as per specified guidelines.
- Discounts and special offers must be genuine and should not be misleading to customers.
- Stylin Pro reserves the right to feature selected products in advertisements and social media promotions.
- Any vendor found manipulating promotional deals may be disqualified from future marketing campaigns.

- Vendors are responsible for managing their own taxes and legal obligations.
- Stylin Pro is not liable for any tax-related issues arising from vendor sales.
- Vendors must comply with all relevant tax regulations in Pakistan.
